Use the free downloadable instax mini Link App to easily print an image right from your Smartphone in only 15 seconds (film development time approximately 90 seconds)! You can even print your favorite still from a video!
Stack mulitple AR effects to get the look you want
Use the App’s built-in 3D AR effects to create unique, one-off images! It’s like having a photo studio in your pocket!
STEP1
Tap instax AiR Studio on the home screen.
STEP2
First, slowly move the smartphone to detect the floor. Tap the area where the instax logo is displayed.
STEP3
Place the white instax AiR Studio field in the desired location, adjusting the depth and size as needed.
STEP4
Tap “Back” on the lower left of the screen and select your favorite effect.
STEP5
Tap “Décor” on the lower middle of the screen and select a foreground decoration. You can adjust the location of the decoration using the vertical, horizontal and depth sliders, as well as the size.
STEP6
Tap “Effect” on the lower right of the screen, then select an animated effect to play it. To play it again, press the playback button or the printer’s function button.
STEP7
Once you have selected your background, decoration and animated effect, you’re ready to start shooting! Choose from 3 different shooting modes: photo, video or collage
Images in your smartphone become AR effects!
You can use images stored in your smartphone as effects for instax AiR Studio
STEP1
Tap “Back”, then select “Photo” on the lower left of your screen.
STEP2
Select your favorite image from the photo folder.
STEP3
You can set your favorite image as a background
Remote live view
Use ‘Remote live view’ to share a live video feed with the person taking the photo. Even record video as you shoot
STEP1
Tap “Remote Live View” on the upper right of the screen.
STEP2
Send the QR code to the person you want to see the action, live.

Scan the QR code to display what the photographer is seeing.

The person being photographed can also take the photo on their phone.

Use the printer’s power button as a shutter release! Zoom in & out with ease, then press the power button to take the shot.

Add a QR code to your instax photo, then scan it with your smartphone to play your video.

Create in-the-moment collages with Click to Collage mode
Take photos at 3-second intervals and recreate the photobooth experience!
STEP1
Tap “Click to Collage” on the home screen.
STEP2
Tap the “shoot” button to start the countdown and take up to 6 photos. Press the button again during shooting to cancel.
STEP3
Choose from a two, four or six photo layout. Tap the photos on the bottom of the screen to change which photos are featured in your layout.
STEP4
You can edit and apply filters to each photo individually
STEP5
When you are finished with your layout and edits, tap the “print” button in the center. Connect a printer to print your photo.
STEP6
Printed photos can also be saved as an instax Animation. Edit the background and save the instax Animation to your camera roll or share it online!
