Integrated music player
On your Forerunner 945 you can use music streaming services like Spotify, Deezer and others. For offline use, you can save up to 1000 songs on the watch and play them back at any time.
Advanced physiological functions
Make your training even more effective. With the Forerunner 945 you always keep an eye on your training status, your stress focus of the last 4 weeks, VO2max values, recovery times as well as aerobic and anaerobic training effects. Even altitude and heat acclimatization effects are taken into account when evaluating your physiological data.
Connected features
If you missed a call or an SMS, you can simply send a predefined message, for example “I’ll be home soon”. With the LiveTrack and GroupTrack functions you can let friends and family or even your colleagues follow your tour in real time. Uploads to Garmin Connect are carried out automatically.
