Vacuum containers are perfectly suited for marinating because the pores in the food can open in a vacuum and the marinade can penetrate better. This feature automatically evacuates and aerates the vacuum vessel in cycles within 30 minutes. 

The marinating process is considerably accelerated. For this function you need a suitable vacuum container. 

The vacuum packaging will in most cases extend the shelf life of the food, as most of the air will be removed from the sealed bags and containers and the air-tight closure will prevent air or germs from entering. The oxidation by the atmospheric oxygen is thereby reduced and the oxygen-sensitive components are protected. The flavors can not escape from the food. In addition, the growth of many germs is prevented by the lack of oxygen. 
An extra strong weld provides a particularly reliable seal. A spillage of sauces or similar is avoided.
