HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1

If you haven’t use liquid eyeliner before, use a kohl pencil to draw an outline on your eyelid for you to follow.

STEP 2

Tilt your head back at a slight angle, and steady your hand on a flat surface (your jaw bone is good) to apply the eyeliner.

STEP 3

Lifting your eyelid taught, apply the eyeliner in a continuous line from inner to outer corner.

STEP 4

For a striking look, finish with a flick of eyeliner from the outer corner of your eye.
