Put it simply – if there’s something you can’t find at Sharaf DG, we’ll have it for you within 24 hours, else it’s free! We will have the product ready at one of our stores or deliver it to your home as per your convenience. The Brand Promise covers all products which are officially launched and available in the Bahrain and are current ‘running’ models.

Terms & Conditions:
- Product/Brand should have an authorized BAHRAIN distributer registered with the BAHRAIN Government and the stocks should be available with the distributer within the territorial limits of BAHRAIN. The advance cash needs to be paid for the validity of the Brand Promise.
- Color of product, language options, price, product features and place of manufacture will NOT be taken into consideration for the claim.
- This scheme does not apply to discontinued products, products not officially launched in BAHRAIN, Telecom products like mobile & smartphone, Products not approved by Telecom Regulatory Authority, accessories & 24Hrs deadline will not be applicable for home delivery products
(Large TV panels, large home appliances, etc.).
- This scheme is valid only on consumer electronics and not for commercial/industrial products. Proprietary brands which are only distributed and sold through sole retailer or one retail chain are excluded from the scheme.
- 24 hour promise means that if a product is paid for before 10pm on a particular day the same will be delivered by 10pm the next day. This does not include Friday, Saturday & Public holidays declared by BAHRAIN government.
- A maximum of 2 products per consumer and only 2 units per product desired will be entertained. This scheme does not apply to bundle offers/promotion products.
- If the desired product is not available in the store, the following procedures will be conducted:
- The sales staff will check whether the product is covered under Brand Promised and if covered will invoice the customer the full amount of the product.
- Customer will need to provide the Customer Name/Contact Details/Physical Address/ Brand/Model No. And also specify if he/she wishes home delivery or would come to the store to pick up the product.
- If the customer is not reachable by delivery agent for home delivery the Sharaf DG cannot be held responsible for not delivering item on time as promised, however a second attempt to deliver would be done on the following working day, failing which the product will be kept in the store./warehouse for a week and the sold off.
- In Case the customer is collecting the product from the store the stocks will be kept for a week and then sold off.
- Free delivery in BAHRAIN only. For regions beside Manama, there will be extra working day for delivery.
- In case the product requested and paid for, is covered under BP scheme as per the terms and conditions and is NOT made available to the customer within the next day 10pm, then the product will be offered to the customer Free Of Cost or in its absence Sharaf DG’s gift card of equivalent value will be provided.
- Items purchased under this scheme will not be exchanged, replaced or refunded. Manufacturer’s warranty will be applicable.
- This scheme is valid at all SharafDG outlets across BAHRAIN, all disputes under this scheme under the jurisdiction of BAHRAIN Court.
- By accepting this scheme, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Sharaf DG reserves the right to amend and conditions as and when required.
