BD 10 Gift Voucher Discount

• A BD 10 gift voucher discount is applicable for customers making a purchase of BD 100 or more on the following brands:
  1. Whirlpool
  2. Kelon
  3. Hisense
  4. Bosch
  5. Beko
  6. Midea
  7. Mabe
  8. Zen
  9. Zenet
  10. Clikon

BD 5  Gift Voucher Discount

• For all other brands, a BD 5  Gift Voucher discount is available for purchases of BD 100 or more.

Additional Terms

• DG Privilege and other discounts are not applicable to the exchange offers.
• Customers are allowed to exchange only 1 unit per invoice.
• Sharaf DG/Vendor will pick up the scrap unit before the delivery of the purchased item.
• Customers must ensure that the scrap unit (free of cost) is in one piece, whether it is working or non-working.

TELECOM

1. Customer will be issued a Gift Voucher for a working/non-working smartphone (any brand) based on the evaluation done by the Vendor
2. The issued GV has to be utilized in telecom category only
3. Customer can exchange multiple units and avail GV’s
4. Customer has to ensure all the data is wiped and iCloud/various locks are removed before handing over the unit. The same can also be availed at Sharaf DG via Sharaf DG Service Centre.
5. Once the GV is issued customer cannot take the unit back

LAPTOPS/TABLETS

1. Customer will be issued a Gift Voucher for a working/non-working Laptop.
2. Customer will be issued a Gift Voucher for a working Tablet (Apple/Samsung/Huawei) or PC based on the evaluation done by the Vendor
3. The issued GV has to be utilized in IT category only
4. Customer can exchange multiple units and avail GV’s
5. Customer has to ensure all the data is wiped and iCloud/various locks are removed before handing over the unit. The same can also be availed at Sharaf DG via Sharaf DG Service Centre.
6. Once the GV is issued customer cannot take the unit back

SMARTWATCHES

1. Customer will be issued a Gift Voucher for a working Smartwatch (Apple/Samsung/Huawei) based on the evaluation done by the Vendor
2. The issued GV has to be utilized in smartwatch category only
3. Customer can exchange multiple units and avail GV’s
4. Customer has to ensure all the data is wiped and iCloud/various locks are removed before handing over the unit. The same can also be availed at Sharaf DG via Sharaf DG Service Centre.
5. Once the GV is issued customer cannot take the unit back

GAMING

1. Customer will be issued a Gift Voucher for a working Nintendo, Sony and X box Gaming sets.
2. The issued GV has to be utilized in Gaming category only
3. Customer can exchange multiple units and avail GV’s
4. Once the GV is issued customer cannot take the unit back
