Sous-vide cooking

Sous vide" comes from the French and means "cooking under vacuum". Using this method, food is cooked at a constantly low temperature over a longer period of time in vacuum packaging in the steam combination oven. The look, shape, minerals and vitamins of the food remain the same. Thanks to the vacuuming drawer, meat, fish, vegetables and fruit are optimally prepared for sous-vide cooking.
